Fast Forward button on the player controls - The player fast forward button will toggle on / off the fast forward (at 2X speed)
Fast Reverse button on the player controls - The player fast reverse button will toggle on / off the fast reverse (at 2X speed)
Please note that the fast forward/reverse buttons are not always available; depends on the media
Error recovery
On successful join, source files are sent to the recycle bin. Retrieve them if required
The start & stop positions are saved in the trace log. You can reload this through the pull down menu
This trace is written out whenever a new start stop is started. To protect against accidental deletes, the trace is not updated on deletion of a selection from the list. Likewise re-arrangement of the list is not reflected. Why? Because I am just too lazy
